Refund policy

At Christmas Dream Shop, we want every customer to enjoy a positive shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and returned in their original packaging. Please contact us at Christmasdreamshop@outlook.com before sending any item back, as returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment within five to ten business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within seven days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review your claim and provide a replacement or full refund where appropriate.
